Our client is looking for a highly skilled International Agent with knowledge of booking travel to third world locations, international tariffs, visa and passports as well as refunds and exchanges. 

 

Ideal candidate would come from working at an on-site for an international or domestic corporation.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking trainer with specialization in sales and travel training. This trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to both new and tenured representatives in a multi-purpose call center. A primary objective of this role will be to deliver both new and refresher training programs that support our Travel team and the revenue generation goals of all departments. All associate training should include an emphasis on effective phone sales, up-selling, active listening skills, and delivering meaningful service to our owners. This position is critical to our operations, as it promotes the development and success of our associates.
